Customer service standards
Leed Mechanical’s Hours of Operation
- Our service is 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
- All staff will wear Leed Mechanical uniforms that will be easy to identify.
- When answering the telephone we will give our name.
- If we cannot answer your query immediately, we will call you back within the working day.
- If you write to us by email we will reply by then end of the business day.
- If you write to us by mail or fax we will reply by the end of the day in which we receive it.
How well are we doing?
We will check how well we are doing against these standards by meeting with you on a quarterly (or semi-annual basis – your choice) to discuss:
- Work that has been completed.
- Work to be done in the upcoming quarter.
- Feedback on ways we can improve our service.
